Is it permissible to the husband to inherit his wife who is converted to Islam taking into account her Ukrainian nationality and the presence of her Christian parents and sister?
The husband has the right to inherit half of what his wife left and the remaining heritage will return back to him if there is no other person who has the right of inheritance. Concerning her parents and her sister, they have no right to inherit her because of their difference in religion. Islam forbids this kind of inheritance i.e. the Muslim can not inherit a non-Muslim and vice versa. |
