What is the Islamic stance of transferring the bones of a woman buried in her house to the village burial ground when it is necessary?
There no objection in transferring the bones of this woman into the cemetery of the village because this is going to protect and preserve more her sanctity. Concerning her legitimate heirs, they have the full power to dispose of their inheritance (the house and all that is left by the woman) for public welfare or they can deal with it in another manner by taking into account the requirements of the Islamic Sharia. |
