Is naturalization an apostasy?
Naturalization, leaving ones native country as well as getting married to a French woman is not forbidden in Islam, and it is not at all an apostasy. A French naturalized Muslim remains Muslim as long as there is no clear evidence that proves his apostasy. Thus, he has the right of inheritance and all his legal rights are preserved. |
